Security is an ever present problem these days and this may be at the top of the list for your customers. It is not a matter of people being frightened that their home is going to be broken into because statistics still show that it is unlikely. Letting your customers know that there is minimal disruption in changing windows, especially when using an experienced installation company that can support them with a quotation for exactly what they want, a delivery date and information on the time it will take to do the job. They may have particular ideas about what they want and their requirements will be satisfied if they use a specialist.
Giving your customer choice on hardware is important; such as locking and non-locking handles, available in a variety of finishes, with all of our hardware meeting the requirements of BS7412.
