New branding and website launched
Published: 30th January 2017

A new year has heralded a new beginning for Sierra Windows, one of the UK’s best-known and longest established trade fabricators. The UK window, door and conservatory fabrication specialist is in the midst of a rebrand, which, says the company better reflects where it is today and what it capable of doing in the future. The new look, characterised by a Dartmoor stag that echoes Sierra’s rural British heritage, was revealed when the company unveiled its new website in January (http://www.sierrawindows.co.uk).

“We’re a forward-thinking company – we’re driven to do more, to do it better and more efficiently. This rebrand is our stake in the ground. We know we have a fantastic service offering – now we have the branding to match,” explained Sierra Marketing Manager, Debbie Turvey

“The changes we’re making to our brand won’t just make a big difference to our customers, they’ll give everyone that works here a renewed sense of pride in what we do, and what we’re capable of doing in the future,” added Debbie.

Driven by innovation, proud to be traditional
Sierra has been crafting high quality windows from its purpose-built factory in Devon since 1976 and that’s a legacy the company is incredibly proud of. Over those forty years, the company has built a team of highly skilled makers, customer service specialists and business development managers, who work together to deliver quality products nationwide and forge strong relationships with their customers. Many of those people have been with the company for 20 years and more.

Sales director Lorna Young explained the passion that lies at the core of Sierra: “A business doesn’t thrive for forty years without real passion for what it produces and a desire to stay ahead of the curve. Sierra is proud to be old fashioned when it comes to one thing – customer service, even offering specialist marketing support to help customers grow their businesses too.

“We know that we’re good to work with, better to buy from and excellent at what we do. We’re continually searching for new ways to improve our design to delivery service, creating value for our customers that far extends our high quality windows, doors and conservatories,” said Lorna.

Chris Brooks, Sierra’s General Manager says the new look is symbolic of the significant and tangible changes that have been made at Sierra during the past year: “The changes we’ve been making as a company are really positive. As a business we recognise the need to continually reflect and align our organisational capabilities to meet the needs of an ever changing market place, with the new range of products, new equipment and investment in our people we target continual improvement within our operational environment striving for operational excellence to deliver the best in class for our customers. We’re looking forward to what 2017 will bring!”
