The company has one of Europe's most advanced manufacturing facilities. In addition, Sierra is committed to investment in staff training and runs a full NVQ training program for all its fabricators, many of which have worked for Sierra for more than 10 years. All fabricators are trained using detailed work instructions covering every task to ensure all products are manufactured to the highest recognised standards of quality and security.
We manufacture our extensive range of products using the advanced fully integrated easy to install pre-applied gasket PVC-U window and door system from Profile 22 that covers a versatile range of profiles and attractive styles.
As one of the UK's largest and most successful fabricators Sierra Windows prides itself on its ability to assess the methods and variables involved in the efficiency of the factory, including man-hours per frame, product quality and scrap levels. By understanding these factors, Sierra is able to provide its installers with a first class product.

Reliable Delivery
It doesn’t take a mastermind to appreciate the delivery of 4,000 frames to 200 customers day in day is no small feat. That's more than a quarter of a million frames every year finding their way from our factory to homes across Britain.
With three decades in business we have the experience to understand that the delivery is just as important as the manufacture to our customers, so we deliver everywhere every day of the year - with just one short break for Christmas and New Year.
The key to reliable deliveries is our accurate and efficient scheduling. We must get it right because every week of every year we achieve 98.75% on time and complete deliveries. If we say we'll be in Aberdare at 10.30 or Aberdeen at 9, then we will be. Our customers tell us that they set their watches by our drivers.
